We continue our Holiday Gift Guide for 2020 with a look at The Child passport bag from Loungefly and sold by PopInABox.co.uk.
Frankly, handbags have been pretty much redundant in 2020, along with proper shoes and office-smart clothing. However, Loungefly has been working hard to bring a bit of joy back to this very odd year, and I was delighted to review two of their bags, both featuring the cutest character in the galaxy, Grogu (aka “The Child”). I reviewed The Child backpack a few days ago and today I look at their passport bag.
The passport bag is made of hard-wearing nylon which features the Mandalorian character in several different poses on the all-over print. The zips and strap are dark green, the metalwork is gold coloured with the Loungefly logo on the zip tag and it has the signature Star Wars Loungefly badge on the back. The bag, which measures W8” x H9” x D1.5” (approximately 20.25 cm x 22.75cm x 3 cm) has two very generous zipped pockets on the front and another zipped pocket inside. The bag is lined with gold and beige striped nylon. This is the perfect, casual bag for a trip to town, and would appeal equally to adults and children, being both cute and practical, and and can be purchased from PopInABox.co.uk for £24.99, although it is currently out-of-stock.
