It’s December 2nd and time to open up the second door of this year’s LEGO Star Wars 2014 Advent Calendar.

Day 2 and it’s our first minifigure… the Super Battle Droid in Dark Grey. The Super Battle Droid consists of four parts – torso, legs and two arms; it’s been available since 2007 and has been available in ten other sets – the first being the Droids Battle Pack (#7654) which featured three of these along with four Battle Droids. 2014 has seen this minifigure released in three other sets – Battle on Saleucami (#75037), Droid Gunship (#75042) and the AT-AP (#75043) but you can never have too many of these.
