As the sun sets on Celebration Europe 2016 in London, the eagerly-anticipated event for today was the Future Filmmaker Discussion panel that was held right before the Closing Ceremony. Unfortunately for those of us who could not attend in person, this panel was not part of Sunday’s live stream schedule. There was some very interesting news revealed during the panel including a few Episode VIII behind-the-scenes photos and the official confirmation of the earlier reports that Alden Ehrenreich has been cast as young Han Solo.
The official announcement of Aldenreich being cast as young Han Solo has been posted a few moments ago on StarWars.com.
We’ve collected quite a few tweets from those who were in attendance and of course StarWars.com provided their liveblog from the event, so check them out beneath the break!
