From April 9th till 18th, the London Independent Film Festival will be screening the extended cut of the Mike Edmonds documentary by Red Stable Films, Under the Radar: The Mike Edmonds Story.
The film has had major success on the festival circuit in the past and will now be available worldwide to all to view online here.
With a host of interviews with stars from the Star Wars universe featured in the film — such as Robert Watts, Arti Shah (Maz Kanata) Jimmy Vee (R2-D2) and the late Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett), as well as Colin Firth, Terry Gilliam, Danny John-Jules and more — the film is an unmissable account of an incredible person and career.
Edmonds played Logray in Return of the Jedi, Og in Time Bandits, Little Ron in Maid Marian and Her Merry Men, Aughra in the original Dark Crystal film and many many more incredible characters across a decades long career.
This virtual screening will sadly, likely be the last chance to view the film, so don’t miss this opportunity.
There’s also an exclusive Q&A session with the filmmakers, available to anyone who purchases a $10 ticket.
The Q&A was led by the Festival Director Natasha Marburger, and consisted of Mike Edmonds, Danny John Jules, Paul Blake, Iavan Doroschuk (Men Without Hats/Safety Dance), Producer and animation lead Grant Philpott and Producer/Director Simon J Frith.
Here’s a teaser for the Q&A: –
