A few days ago director Ron Howard confirmed that actor/filmmaker Jon Favreau will be voicing an alien character in Solo: A Star Wars Story. At the time, all we knew based on the tweet posted by Howard was that Favreau’s character was “very cool & important”.
Well, we now have a visual of the alien character (just a visual at this point – no name or other details) as revealed by Favreau himself.
The multi-armed creature was seen in the trailer released for the film back on February 5.

The director of Iron Man and Swingers will voice the multi-armed alien seen in the trailer for Solo: A Star Wars Story.
Little else is know about this creature, which looks a little bit like Maz Kanata, but is an entirely different character and species. (She didn’t have four arms.)
