The first images of Solo actress Emilia Clarke making her Marvel debut in Secret Invasion alongside Star Wars veteran Samuel L. Jackson have emerged.
Both Emilia and Samuel have been busy bringing Secret Invasion to life in Huddersfield (of all places), but while these photos are our first glimpses of the stars in character, there’s not much else we can reveal about the series.
Jackson, unsurprisingly, will be reprising his role as Nick Fury for the show, while Captain Marvel‘s Ben Mendelsohn is set to return as Skrull Talos.
Opening up about her foray into the Marvel universe, Emilia Clarke previously admitted that she’s a little scared about inadvertently spoiling the series.
“The first people I spoke to with Marvel after getting the role was their security team,” she recalled in an interview last year.
“I actually live in fear that something is going to happen, and I’m going to say something, and they’ll get upset. But, I play a character that I’m super into everything about it.”
Secret Invasion is due to arrive later in 2022.
