While promoting their sci-fi film The End of Oak Street, Ewan McGregor shared his wish for new Obi-Wan Kenobi stories covering the 10 years between the 2022 Disney+ series and Alec Guinness’s portrayal in A New Hope, with Anne Hathaway wanting in on the adventure too.
The End Of Oak Street, produced by J.J. Abrams and starring Ewan McGregor and Anne Hathaway, with SFX by Industrial Light & Magic, is set for release on August 14th, 2026.
