Patty Jenkin’s Star Wars: Rogue Squadron is still on Disney’s schedule for December 2023, and this weekend at Galaxy Con we learnt that Jenkins had been in touch with writer Mike Stackpole who penned the Rogue Squadron books in the late ’90’s.

It is great news that Jenkins has reached out to the author, so we hope there is some consistency between the novels and what is finally delivered on screen. With Star Wars Celebration around the corner, late May, we are optimistic that we will get news regarding Star Wars: Rogue Squadron and other upcoming Lucasfilm related projects.
