A masterclass by producer Rick McCallum and director René Manzor on The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles series, hosted by Alban de Fraipont as part of the Waterloo Historical Film Festival.
Between 1992 and 1993, the series “The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles”, imagined by George Lucas, took us back to the hero’s early years to revisit the history of the early 20th century. Rick McCallum, producer of the series and Star Wars, and René Manzor, director of several episodes, give us a behind-the-scenes look at the series and its innovations in terms of storytelling, filming and special effects, which paved the way for the Star Wars prequels, produced by the same team.
