The British Film Designers Guild (BFDG) held its inaugural awards ceremony at Pinewood Studios last night.
Rogue One was one of the winners, winning ‘Best Production Design – International Studio Feature Film’ for the work by Neil Lamont and Doug Chaing as production designers, Alastair Bullock as supervising art director, and Lee Sandales as set decorator.
Amongst the other winners on the night were the film ‘High-Rise’ and the TV shows ‘Victoria’ and ‘Rogue One.’
Liz Griffiths, who produced the event, said: “The quality of the nominations for crew and the high calibre of films and TV productions has proved yet again that the UK is still the leader in this field and that the BFDG members are central to this amazing knowledge and skill base respected around the world.”
