Following rumors earlier this year of Temuera Morrison’s return to Star Wars as Boba Fett in The Mandalorian, a listing on his agents website seems to confirm the role in the upcoming second season of the Emmy award winning series.
Morrison portrayed bounty hunter Jango Fett in 2002’s Attack of the Clones, and was also the face of the clone troopers, including Commander Cody, seen on screen in 2005’s Revenge of the Sith.
It would be very strange indeed for his agent to have updated Morrison’s page if this was not the case. Season two of The Mandalorian starts on October 30th exclusively on Disney+. Watch the season two trailer here.
We await official confirmation from Disney/Lucasfilm on this casting.
