Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu Beskar Collector’s Edition Closer Look

Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu Beskar Collector’s Edition is available from today in the UK, and we take a closer look at what’s inside the A4 sized box.

The set looks and feels premium when you take it out of its shipping box. After removing the cellophane, the set opens from the right hand side by lifting a flap to reveal a trifold box that contains (from left to right) a metal poster featuring The Mandalorian and Grogu, the Steelbook disc set, a couple of ICONART wall mount pads, and the second metal poster featuring Grogu meditating on a tree from the film.

The posters have been created by ICONART with certified prints by Scanavo. Two wall-mountable metallic plates are included to stick to your wall, enabling you to mount each of the two posters with relative ease.

The Steelbook features the film’s artwork on the front, and Grogu’s armour on the back. The set consists of two discs, a 4K UHD disc featuring an artwork still of Din Djarin and Grogu walking through Shakari, and a Blu-ray disc with Grogu also taken from the film. Removing both discs reveals a still featuring our two titular characters in the salt bar on Shakari.

Unfortunately, there’s no information about what’s on the discs included within the set, apart from the sheet that’s included with the packaging. Extras on the discs include: –

  • Crafting “The Mandalorian and Grogu”: Discover the craft behind an epic Star Wars adventure! Go behind the scenes with artists creating the stunning puppetry, miniatures, sound design, and visual effects that bring the worlds, characters, and creatures of “The Mandalorian and Grogu” to life.
