IGN Speaks With Motive Studios’ Ian Frazier on Star Wars: Squadrons

IGN sat down (virtually of course) with Motive Studios’ creative director Ian Frazier to talk about Star Wars: Squadrons and what sets this new single-person game apart from other space combat titles that have preceded it. Frazier speaks about the game’s immersive gameplay and how players will need to hone their skills in various flight segments/modes. The $40 cost for the game (microtransactions will not be part at all) was also discussed and how the studio was able to bring Squadrons to fans at this lower-than-expected price point.

Be sure to also check out Ploygon’s recent interview with Frazier and the interview StarWars.com conducted with Frazier as well.

Star Wars: Squadrons will be released later this fall on October 2 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One (crossplay across all platforms is supported) and offers several pre-order bonuses. For more information and to pre-order your copy, visit the game’s official website.
