Respawn Entertainment’s Upcoming Star Wars First-Person Shooter Game Could Include Multiplayer Option

Respawn Entertainment’s upcoming untitled Star Wars first-person shooter game could include a multiplayer option if a recent job listing is anything to go by.

A new job posting suggests that an upcoming Respawn Star Wars game could feature multiplayer. The studio behind Titanfall, Apex Legends, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is currently working on a new Star Wars first-person shooter title. With development ramping up on the game, it makes sense that job postings would start to appear.

The specific post, which is for a Senior Gameplay Software Engineer, states that it’s for the studio’s “Star Wars FPS team”. While it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a developer posting, there is one line that stands out. Under the “Desired Qualifications” section, it specifically states that the new employee has experience working on a multiplayer game.

We look forward to finding out more soon.
