The countdown to Christmas continues, and today we open the thirteenth door of the LEGO Harry Potter (#76404) and LEGO The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (#76231) Advent Calendars.
This year marks the fourth LEGO Harry Potter and second LEGO Marvel calendar, the latter themed to the recent Disney+ The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. The Harry Potter calendar is broken down into three doors for each film starting with the first, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, so let’s see what’s behind today’s doors.
The thirteenth day of the LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar brings us the The Room of Requirement from Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The microbuild is created from seventeen pieces with three spares.
Behind the thirteenth door of the LEGO The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special calendar we get our fifth minifigure, Mantis. This is the same minifigure that appears in The Guardians’ Ship (#76193), and it is good to see it included here and available at a lower cost. Mantis comes with a blue guitar, as seen in the recent Disney+ special.
