This is the sixth year of the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar and each day we will be looking behind that day’s door, and revealing what is waiting to be built. We are a bit late getting started due to a day of recording yesterday (the reason will become apparent soon), but it’s our intention to bring you the days build at 11:38am daily through to December 24th.
Our first minifigure from this years calendar is found behind today’s second door, and it’s the Bespin Guard. The minifigure is almost the same as the minifigure that came with the 2015 Ultimate Collectors Series (UCS) Slave I (#75060), albeit with a different head and facial expression – the legs, torso and cap are the same (the torso features printing on the front and rear). This gives those that could not afford the UCS set a chance at getting this minifigure at a much more reasonable price.
The bag contains 6 pieces, 5 of which are used, leaving a spare gun piece.
Now let’s go back to December 1st…
Behind yesterday’s door was a mini Slave I. In the bag there were 22 pieces of which 19 are used for the model with 3 spare. It’s a great looking model with rotating wings.
