Today marks the general availability of the LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series Millennium Falcon (set #75192), the largest commercially available LEGO set ever at 7,541 pieces. The set was first released to LEGO VIP members of the 14th September, and stock quickly sold out in store, and on-line – unfortunately there’s none available today!
LEGO are making more to meet demand to be patient, and you will get this awesome set. Here’s what the LEGO Shop at Home site states: –
On Thursday, September 14, the LEGO Group gave its VIP members an opportunity to purchase the LEGO® Star Wars™ Millennium Falcon™. We are thrilled by the positive response to the set, which is the largest we’ve ever released so far. We can assure all our fans around the world, that we are doing everything we can to make more sets available and keep our LEGO builders happy.
As soon as we hear from LEGO regarding availability we will post the information. In the meantime you have until the 11th October to enter the LEGO Rebrick competition here, and the chance to win one of four Millennium Falcon sets, along with some other cool prizes too. The competition is called Freighter Wars, and you can enter by building your own Star Wars YT Corellian Light Freighter out of LEGO bricks – good luck!
