Very little is known about Benicio Del Toro’s character named DJ who will be making his Star Wars debut in December’s The Last Jedi. Entertainment Weekly gave us a little bit of info on DJ during the summer and then early last month we learned what the writing on DJ’s hat translated to via a new Funko POP! Vinyl figure.
That is all set to change once Episode VIII lands in theaters and then shortly after that DJ’s backstory will be explored further in a new Marvel comic book titled Star Wars: The Last Jedi – DJ #1 that will center around this shady character. The comic is penned by Ben Acker and Ben Blacker and will be arriving in comic book stores in January. Check out the synopsis copied below.
