We open the third day’s doors of the LEGO City, LEGO Disney, LEGO Friends, LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Marvel Advent Calendars.
LEGO have been releasing Advent Calendars for two decades now, celebrating twenty years for LEGO City, thirteen years for LEGO Friends, six years for LEGO Harry Potter, four years for LEGO Marvel, and the very first year for LEGO Disney.
Let’s take a look behind today’s door of each to see what they bring (click on the images for a closer look)…
LEGO City (#60436)
The third day brings us an unnamed dog wearing a festive body-warmer, complete with a yellow bowl and bone.
LEGO Disney (#43253)
Day three brings us our second microdoll of Ariel from The Little Mermaid, complete with a present topped with licac bow.
LEGO Friends (#42637)
A slope, with yellow snowboard and helmet, is the build behind the third door of the LEGO Friends Advent Calendar, although there’s no visor or googles supplied (as they were with the minifigure in the first day of the LEGO City Advent Calendar). The slope is easily constructed from six pieces.
LEGO Harry Potter (#76438)
The LEGO Harry Potter Advent Calendar is themed around Hogwarts Castle’s The Great Hall, and the third day brings us a table constructed using seven pieces with several food items including a cookie, croissant and pie.
LEGO Marvel – Spider-Man Themed (#76293)
Behind the third door of the Spider-Man themed LEGO Marvel Advent Calendar we get a newspaper stand and rubbish bin in festive colours, giving Peter Parker somewhere to hide his rucksack whilst he changes into the webbed wonder. We’ve included a web from yesterday’s door to catch the rucksack and hide it away. The build uses everyone’s favourite piece for greeblies, the roller skate in red!
Let us know what you think of today’s builds/items, and join us tomorrow for a look behind the next doors.
