Time to open the fifth door of the 2021 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar (#75307) and see what’s inside. We take a look behind the doors of the Harry Potter (#76390) and Marvel The Avengers (#76196) calendars too!
This is the eleventh year of the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar and for the first time we get a single themed calendar based around the Disney+ show The Mandalorian.
Day five brings us two identical targets each made up of just three pieces each. Personally, I don’t think this is a worthy build and doesn’t represent anything from The Mandalorian, let alone Star Wars, and I’d say this is one of the worst build off the last eleven years of LEGO Star Wars advent calendars.

As an added bonus, for the third year running we delve into the Harry Potter advent calendar which this year explores Harry’s journey from his aunt’s house to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, as seen in the first book/film the Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
Harry’s journey to his new school continues with the birthday cake made and brought to him by Hagrid. The cake features a unique 2×2 printed tile, complete with incorrect spelling, and looks splendid in its white box, all made up of just eight pieces with no spares.
There is another…. following the success of the Star Wars and Harry Potter Advent Calendars, LEGO have introduced a Marvel The Avengers Advent Calendar for the first time.
It may be winter for most of us but who doesn’t like a barbecue, and that’s what we get today albeit in LEGO form; made up from seventeen pieces with one spare. This gives yesterday’s Black Widow minifigure somewhere to toast her marshmallow! The build comes complete with chicken/turkey leg, tongs and fire extinguisher, the latter of which has become common place in LEGO’s Marvel sets.
Joins us tomorrow at 16:38 GMT (11:38 EST) for a look behind Day 6’s doors.
