Ewan McGregor was a guest on The View recently to promote the theatrical release of his new film Christopher Robin in which he stars as the titular lead. McGregor also spoke about his decision to leave school as a young teenager (with his parents blessing) to pursue a career in the arts. And of course, the subject of his long rumored involvement in a Kenobi Star Wars standalone film was brought up towards the end of the interview. Once again, McGregor states his desire to return to that role, but there have not been any official/substantive talks with Disney concerning this project (at least from what he is willing to comment on publicly).
