We open the fourth day’s doors of the LEGO City, LEGO Disney, LEGO Friends, LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Marvel Advent Calendars.
LEGO have been releasing Advent Calendars for two decades now, celebrating twenty years for LEGO City, thirteen years for LEGO Friends, six years for LEGO Harry Potter, four years for LEGO Marvel, and the very first year for LEGO Disney.
Let’s take a look behind today’s door of each to see what they bring (click on the images for a closer look)…
LEGO City (#60436)
Seeing as we’ve already had a snowboard, it seems a little strange to find a skateboard and helmet behind the fourth door of the LEGO City Advent Calendar; although they’re not particularly festive.
LEGO Disney (#43253)
To go with the Ariel microdoll, from behind the third door of the LEGO Disney Advent Calendar, we get part of her underwater castle/palace.
LEGO Friends (#42637)
Behind the fourth door of the LEGO Friends Calendar we get a bunny rabbit with small hutch, ramp and carrot.
LEGO Harry Potter (#76438)
The fourth day of the Harry Potter Advent Calendar brings us a Christmas tree which would look splendid decorating the Great Hall at Hogwarts, although I wish the same shade of green was used across the elements so it matched.
LEGO Marvel – Spider-Man Themed (#76293)
Peter Parker is an ardent photographer and he’s attached a camera to a street sign/lamp post to ensure he captures Spider-Man as he goes about saving the city, just mind you don’t slip on the included banana skin! The only pity is that the street signs are blank, I wished they’d printed them, as stickers in an Advent Calendar are a definite no.
Let us know what you think of today’s builds/items, and join us tomorrow for a look behind the next doors.
