We open the tenth day’s doors of the LEGO City, LEGO Disney, LEGO Friends, LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Marvel Advent Calendars.
LEGO have been releasing Advent Calendars for two decades now, celebrating twenty years for LEGO City, thirteen years for LEGO Friends, six years for LEGO Harry Potter, four years for LEGO Marvel, and the very first year for LEGO Disney.
Let’s take a look behind today’s door of each to see what they bring (click on the images for a closer look)…
LEGO City (#60436)
Dat ten of the LEGO City Advent Calendar brings us another remote controlled model using the walkie talkie again as a controller, with the resultant eight piece fire engine looking fab.
LEGO Disney (#43253)
Continuing the Frozen theme, behind the tenth door of the LEGO Disney Advent Calendar we get a snowgie on some form of see-saw in blue and white Frozen like colours.
LEGO Friends (#42637)
Behind the tenth door of the LEGO Friends Calendar we get a snow catapult with three snow balls/pellets, just waiting for one of the pets or microdolls to jump on the other end and start some form of snow fight.
LEGO Harry Potter (#76438)
Day ten of the Harry Potter Advent Calendar brings us a badger statue representing Hufflepuff that sits atop the stand and printed 2×2 banner from yesterday. It’s very difficult with so few pieces to make these animals look true to form, but the designer has done a good job here.
LEGO Marvel – Spider-Man Themed (#76293)
The tenth day of the LEGO Marvel Advent Calendar brings us a drum kit, complete with cymbal for Ghost Spider/Spider-Gwen to play, and we thinks it looks great.
Let us know what you think of today’s builds/items, and join us tomorrow for a look behind the next doors.
