We open the sixteenth day’s doors of the LEGO City, LEGO Disney, LEGO Friends, LEGO Harry Potter and LEGO Marvel Advent Calendars.
LEGO have been releasing Advent Calendars for two decades now, celebrating twenty years for LEGO City, thirteen years for LEGO Friends, six years for LEGO Harry Potter, four years for LEGO Marvel, and the very first year for LEGO Disney.
Let’s take a look behind today’s door of each to see what they bring (click on the images for a closer look)…
LEGO City (#60436)
Behind the sixteenth door of the LEGO City Advent Calendar we get a blue snowmobile with a helmet for the rider.
LEGO Disney (#43253)
The Princess and the Frog theme continues behind day sixteen of the LEGO Disney Advent Calendar with a representation of Tiana’s Palace or Castle built from twenty pieces.
LEGO Friends (#42637)
Behind the sixteenth door of the LEGO Friends Calendar we get a festive themed train. We’ve had a lot of trains in LEGO Advent Calendars over the years and this is one of my favourites, it looks fabulous.
LEGO Harry Potter (#76438)
Day sixteen of the Harry Potter Advent Calendar brings us our fifth minifigure and it’s exclusive to the calendar, described on LEGO.com as a Choir Ghost as seen briefly in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, with a large skirt piece and 2×2 printed tile of sheet music.
LEGO Marvel – Spider-Man Themed (#76293)
Day sixteen of the LEGO Marvel Advent Calendar brings us a chair, desk with computer and keyboard, and we are assuming this belongs in Peter Parker’s bedroom.
Let us know what you think of today’s builds/items, and join us tomorrow for a look behind the next doors.
